With E24pay you can make a reseller or merchant up to the N level. In simple words, you can make as many levels as long as you can give reselling rights/ permissions such as:

But here's the thing to keep in mind that Merchant is also known as Retailer and Reseller is also known as Distributor.

E24pay can be easily operated on both desktop and mobile. Whenever you open e24pay from desktop its desktop version will be open and if you open it on mobile then its mobile version will be open.

    Open e24pay.com

    Open e24pay.com in your computer. Now click on Login in the top menu.

    Login to e24pay.com

    E24pay is very easy to use. You will need your username and password to login in e24pay.com. After logging in, you will see your e24pay's Dashboard.

    How to create a package?

    Now you have to do your package settings. Click Settings → Packages → Add New to set up the package.

    After this, you will need to add some information that will be as follows:

    • Package Name - Whatever package name you want to keep.
    • Minimum Transfer Amount - Your Resellers / Merchants can request for the minimum balance.
    • From Time - Your billing opening time
    • To Time - Your billing closing time
    • Satus (Active/ Inactive) - From here you can set package status active or inactive.
    • Privileges - Keep in mind that here you have to tick only those options which you want to provide your reseller / merchant.

    What is the difference between reseller and merchant package?

    The only difference between two is the features you enable in package.

    For Merchant tick the limited privileges/ features such as:

    • Point of Sale
    • Products
    • Reports (Do not tick on Merchant Summary)
    • Billing
    • User Interface

    For Reseller generally give all privileges/ features such as:

    • Point of Sale
    • Products
    • Reports
    • Resellers (Do not tick on Branding)
    • Resellers Tools
    • Billing
    • Settings
    • User Interface

    To whitelabel the reseller account, tick on Branding along with all the privileges/ features of Reseller.

    For API tick the limited privileges/ features such as:

    • Products
    • Reports
    • Billing
    • Settings (Tick only on Logs, Preference)
    • User Interface
    • API

    After entering all this information, you have to click Submit.

    How to do package editing and package settings?

    For this, you will see three dots in front of the package name, when you click on them it will show 2 options Edit and Package Settings.

    At first, you have to click on Edit. And, if you want you can change the information entered in your package.

    After this, let's see how to do package settings - For that you have to click Package Settings. After this, a page will open in front of you in which you can edit the commission and surcharge of all the services by clicking Edit option. More importantly, do not set the commission, above the commission you are getting. Similarly for surcharges, do not set below the amount deducting from you. After putting all these information, you have to Save it. Again when you click on Package Setting, you will see the option of Selling On / Off there alongside Edit option, by which you can start or stop any service.

    So you can follow these steps and create the package. It is very easy, it will take less than few minutes.

    How to add a Bank Account or Payment Method?

    After package, you have to add a bank account or payment method through which your merchant and reseller can request you balance / value.

    So let us tell you how bank account or payment method will be added - Click on Settings → Bank Account → Add New for this.

    You will still have some questions like how to add a new reseller / merchant account? Or how to credit/ debit balance or value to them? Or how to do recharge, money transfer, bill payment etc. We will also give you the answers to all these questions in this page.

    How to add reseller / merchant?

    To add a new reseller / merchant account, click on Resellers → Add New.

    After clicking, a page will open in front of you in which you will need to submit some personal information of reseller / merchant such as :

    • Admin Name - In this you have to enter the name of the reseller / merchant
    • Username - Enter whatever username you want to
    • Password - Enter whatever password you want to

    Then click on Next and after that another page will open on your screen which will ask for some more information from you such as:

    • Business Name *
    • Short Name *
    • Contact Person *
    • E-Mail *
    • Mobile Number *
    • Landline Number
    • Pan Card Number *
    • Aadhaar Number
    • GST IN
    • City *
    • Zipcode *
    • Address *
    • State *
    • Country *
    • Website
    • Package *
    • Fund Threshold *
    • Relation Manager *
    • Generate invoice
    • Payment Auto Update

    It is important to know here that it is necessary to enter values in mandotory fields marked by symbol * and try to keep the shortname unique.

    After entering all this information, click Add User. Its done.

    How to take balance / value in e24pay account or e-wallet?

    If you want to take balance / value in your e24pay account or e-Wallet then you have to transfer payment in the company account. You can use any mode to transfer payment such as IMPS, NEFT, RTGS etc. Here, It is important to know that we do not accept payment through cash.

    • You will get our company's bank accounts information when you click on Billing → Payment Method

    After the transfer of payment, you have to make a payment request. As soon as we receive your payment and payment request, your balance / value will be updated in next 15 to 20 minutes.

    • To request for balance / value transfer, click on Billing → Add Fund from your panel.

    Now, how to credit or debit balance / value in reseller / merchant account?

    In this 2 processes are used:

    • Generate request for balance / value
      • There are two ways to generate request for balance / value. First option is reseller / merchant can generate request from their own panel. For that reseller / merchant have to click on Billing → Add Fund from their own panel.
      • And second option, you can yourself generate request payment on reseller / merchant behalf. For that you have to click on Reseller → Name (click on the name of the reseller / merchant) → Reseller Tools → Fund Request.
    • Accept balance / value request
      • Click on Reseller → Payment Request to accept balance / value request request.

    It is important to know here that if you have to debit balance or value from your reseller / merchant account in your own account then enter the negative (-) value

    How to correct or change username, password and profile?

    To keep your username of your choice, click on the My Account icon at the top right corner of the e24pay main screen.

    You should make every effort to keep your password secure. To update the password, click on the Change Password you see in the right corner of the e24pay main screen.

    Updating profiles is also easy and for that you can click on the profile icon that appears in the right corner of the e24pay main screen.

    Have you lost / forgotten your password?

    So let us take you out of this problem. To reset the password, you have to contact us with your registered email id or registered mobile number. Regardless of registered email id or registered mobile number, we can not reset your password.

    Do you want to correct or change your reseller / merchant information?

    If you want to do this, then click on the Reseller → Name (click on the name of the reseller / merchant) → Customer Information → Edit → a page will open in front of you from where you can correct or change information of resellers or merchants.

    Do you want to correct or change your reseller / merchant mobile number or password?

    If you want to do this, the method is very easy for that, click on Reseller → Name (click on the name of the reseller / merchant) → Reseller Tools → Company Users → Three Dots will appear in front of the reseller / merchant name. After clicking on them you will see an option of Edit. After clicking on Edit, a page will open in which you can correct or change mobile number or password of reseller / merchant.

    How to do recharge or bill payments?

    By the way everyone knows how to do recharge or bill payment. So, let me briefly tell you about it. You have two options for paying recharge or bill - Pay Desk and Quick Pay. You can choose any of these options. After this you have to choose one of the services - such as prepaid, pagepaid, DTH, internet, gas, electricity or insurance. After choosing an option from service list you have to enter the number. And then you have to choose one of the service providers from the list. In the end, you have to write the amount. And then you have to click the Recharge button. But the thing to keep in mind here is that before you press the recharge button, make sure that whatever you have enetered is correct because the wrong transaction can neither be refunded nor reversed.

    Now some important information related to recharge or bill payment transactions:

    • If your transaction is failing repeatedly - Make sure that you have entered a valid number or amount. If details are correct, then may be due to any technical breakdown or server load, the transaction might got failed/ declined. In such a situation, we will urge you to wait some time and try again.
    • If the transaction unsuccessful and the amount is dedcuted - In such a situation you have to log a complaint request through your web panel or app. We investigate the failed transaction and within 48 hours return your full amount.
    • If the status of the transaction is awaiting / pending - Then, please try to understand here that the transaction has already been processed. Which can not be stopped under any circumstances. Here, we will request you to wait for the status of the transaction to be updated. Do not do another transaction until your first transaction status is updated. It may take up to 2 hours for the status of transaction to be updated.
    • If you have done a wrong transaction, Then we do not take any responsibility for reversal. You have to contact the operator to help in this.
    • If you get the wrong benefit for any transaction, then in that situation also you have to contact the operator.

    How to view the transactions history or reports on E24pay?

    If you want to see the transactions history or reports on e24pay - First of all you have to click on Reports → Transactions. Now a page will open in front of you, in which you have to select the date range. After that, you have the option to enter a number, selecting a provider, selecting a status. You can choose options according to your requirement. After that you have to click on Search. If you want to see transaction information in detail like profit you have earned on each transaction, then you have to download the transaction history or report. Which will be downloaded in the Excel format. By opening it you can see all the transaction related information.

    How to submit a complaint against a transaction?

    If you have done a transaction and your client has not got the benefit of it, then first of all, call the repective operators customer service number and check whether the transaction has succeeded or not? If not, then log a complain.

    The best way to raise the issue against any e24pay transaction is to log complain through web panel or app. To log complain, just click on Reports → Transactions. Now a page will open in front of you, in which you have to search the transactions by date and number. After that, you have to click on RID, which will open up another page, where you can log your complain. Afterwards, E24pay support team address all complaints and resolve the issues in 1-2 working days, and be sure to follow up on open complaints.

    For every transaction, there is different RID, which is of 7 digits and displayed at the begining of each transaction.

    However, if you are unsatisfied with our response, Kindly reopen complaint for unresolved disputes ensuring quick redressal of your transaction issues.

    What to do for a technical problem?

    If there is a technical problem in our web panel or app - such as you are not able to see our web panel or app properly or it is not working properly. Then, we request you to remove your browser's browsing history, cookies and temporary internet files. If you are using the app, then clear data. This will solve many technical issues. But the thing to keep in mind here is that if you see any bug or any suspicious activity, please inform us immediately.

    Now know everything about e24pay plans

    Now we are giving you detailed information about different plans of e24pay - We have 4 plans which are sales based. If your daily sales volume is less than 10,000, then you will be given a basic plan. If your daily sales volume is more than 10,000 and less than 20,000 then you will be given a regular plan. If your daily sales volume is less than 20,000 and less than 50,000 then you will be given a premium plan. If your daily sales volume is more than 50,000 then you will be given a high volume plan. We review your daily sales volume every month, according to which your plan is upgraded or downgraded. This was our free option in which we give you plan based on your daily sales volume.     As a Reseller can I also earn profits? If yes, then how?

    Yes, you will earn profit margin every time your merchant partner does a transaction such as recharge, bill payment or money transfer using e24pay.

    E.g. If you're getting 3.00 % on ABC prepaid recharge service from e24pay and you're further selling that services to your merchant partner at 2.50 %. Now, when ever your merchant partner makes a recharge of X amount on ABC service, your account will be credited by 0.50 % of X amount instantly after a successful transaction.

    What is the Whitelabel? And how can you whitelabel your e24pay's account?

    Whitelabel or private label can be used in place of each other. Whitelabel means when we remove our branding from our web panel or app and make your approved branding - like your domain name, your contact details and your logo etc. In whitelabel the server, software, hardware, services, databases etc. will be ours. Only your domain points to our web panel. But the thing to keep in mind here is that we do not make any website design or software, we just do whitelabel of our accounts.

    If you want to whitelabel of your e24pay account. You first need to have a domain if you do not have a domain then you can buy a domain from any domain provider company like GoDaddy or Big Rock. After buying a domain, you need to point your domain/ subdomain A Record of with our IP. Afterwards you have to inform us so that we can complete the whitelabel of your account.
